FranKo

Self-released on the 2DMC in-house label of CMC, young South London rock band FRANKO’s new single EYE OF THE STORM has been produced by Dan Weller, fresh from his highly successful new albums with Enter Shikari and Young Guns. FRANKO are about to return to the UK from Thailand, where they supported Incubus and Young Guns at the inaugural Silverlake Music Festival.

The track is supported by a fantastic video – created by Hanover Pictures, directed by Paul Dudbridge (who also shot their video for the Midge Ure-endorsed cover of ‘Vienna’) and features an explosive band performance on a dusty desert road, courtesy of green screen.

FRANKO are about to embark on a UK tour supporting Ivyrise in February, and again in the first week of May, co-headlining with The Hype Theory. They are also looking forward to supporting McFly on the opening night of their UK tour - on 7th March - at Portsmouth Guildhall, having qualified for this opportunity after a great showing in an online competition run by the band.

FRANKO continue to make good on the promise prophecied by NY journo Larry Richman who said: “I have seen the future of rock 'n roll and their name is FRANKO...”
