It just get’s better for Popular Radio Promotions Sisterland remaining  in the 6 Music playlist for a second consecutive week with their debut single ‘Dirty White’ fighting off stiff competition for places from established artists!

Popular Radio Promotions Sisterland were this week added to the C-list on BBC 6 Music on their first official release ‘Dirty White’ taken from the EP of the same title getting a release through Blessing Force.

The playlist comes into effect from Saturday 3rd March. Great news for the Leicester band, check them out under the Radio Promotions roster section of the website.

Popular Radio Promotion’s Public Service Broadcasting last night won Steve Lamacq’s Rebel Playlist on BBC 6 Music after narrowly missing out on the main playlist. They received 60% of the votes! This is really huge for the outfit on their debut release ‘ROYGBIV’ coming out on march 5th through Test Card records. There will be a play of the track every day on one of the main daytime shows throughout the week in this order:

Firstly thanks to everyone that came to one of our shows or bought one of our records this year. We really appreciate it!

Its been a fantastic year for us, we started the year with 3 staff and now there are 10! and we have all sorts going on next year including around five album releases, five EP releases, bi-monthly UK Tours, clubnights in Berlin, Stockholm and our very own festival on a beach in Italy called PopRox. We can’t wait!
